Whatever your feelings about celebrating this holiday, you will love folding this origami heart with bat wings.<br \/>\nRiki Saito (Japan) was inspired by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.origamispirit.com\/2012\/02\/02\/unique-ways-to-keep-romance-alive-%E2%80%93-part-2-of-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ildik\u00f3&#8217;s heart-dish<\/a>, published recently in Origami Spirit. With the addition of bat wings he takes Ildiko&#8217;s origami heart to a new level.<br \/>\nFolded from a triangular piece of paper cut from a square along its diagonal, Riki Saito&#8217;s origami heart is a clever and charming origami for Halloween.<\/p>\n<p>Here are video instructions on how to fold this great origami heart that can be used as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.origamispirit.com\/es\/2012\/10\/halloween-y-el-plato-perfecto-de-maiz-dulce\/\">Halloween Candy Corn dish.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/c2z342pCg4g\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This origami heart with bat wings doesn&#8217;t speak only of Halloween! The heart can be equally interesting viewed from either side. When viewed from the front we could say it looks like <strong>Batman&#8217;s heart<\/strong>.
