I developed the Festive Bell Box from a base used to make the Puffy Pine Tree, a model that is also available in the Origami Spirit membership. Both, the bell-shaped lid and the container share the same basic folds, but the container itself needs a few extra folds. The decorative knob is made with a bird base.
I envision the Bell Box placed on a festive holiday table and offered as a gift filled with tasty sweet treats.

Tips and suggestions for making the Festive Bell Box
- To make the Festive Bell Box you need three pieces of paper: one for the container or base, one for the bell-shaped lid, and one for the ornamental knob.
- For the box and lid: Use two square pieces of contrasting-color papers at least 6 x 6 inches (15 x 15cm)
- For the ornamental knob, use a smaller square whose side is 1/3 of the larger square.
- Larger squares are recommended when folding this for the first time.
